About the home
This two-bedroom, double loft condo has been updated with fine craftsmanship and materials that exude "classic Whistler Cabin" including timber accents, a river rock gas fireplace and beautifully tiled bathrooms. Enjoy the mountain views from the cozy living room or private patio with this prime top floor location. The living area is cooled by Innova AC unit (heat pump style). The property features a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, and two comfortable seating areas, both with large flat screen smart TV's. The master bedroom is located on the lower level and has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and enjoys mountain views with access to the patio through a sliding glass door. There is another bathroom with a walk-in shower on this level. The top level is lofted, open to below, and can be used as the "kids zone" as there is a queen size sofa bed as well as a queen size mattress in the upper loft accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young kids). A great location for two families or friends to gather with all the comforts of home!

Shared laundry and secure ski/snowboard and bike storage are available. The underground parkade has two level-2 EV Charging Stations (C$1.50/hour).
