Room was clean and large, with a decently sized kitchen. Appreciated the Murphy bed, sofa bed, and large entrance. Staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee in lobby was a nice touch. Super centrally located. Only issue was the very small communal hot tub and very small parkade. Heated pool was colder than the other pools I’ve been to in whistler.

Our Room is the Murphy queen bed. It is comfortable and solid. Surprisingly the big sofa can be pulled out to 2 separate single beds, better for kids. The room is spacious and nice kitchen.

The room is fine, but it feels a bit outdated. We booked the loft with a kitchen, but noticed that the pan in the oven, despite being wrapped in tin foil, still had crumbs from previous guests. The ladies at the reception assigned in the morning were a bit dismissive when we had requests, though we really appreciated the afternoon team who were welcoming and very helpful. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the village, making it super convenient for restaurants and shopping.

Upon checking into my room I found the loft has one queen bed . We however booked for super loft with two queen. I then went back to front desk and the staff however insist there is no two queen: only one queen and the second queen should be murphy bed downstairs in the living room. I told him I booked same superio two queen last Thanksgiving too ! He even showed me the website saying there is no such thing but if he had clicked to start actual booking process, he should have see that there is “superior loft with two queens” vs “queen loft Murphy”. I was shocked that staff has no familiarity with their own inventory types. He eventually found such inventory in another building a then we had to load every back back to cart, haul to other building and unload again . Quite an hassle yet this staff is never apologetic even after he found the inventory we wanted . We eventually got into the right room close to midnight . I should also mention some of the towels felt too old and stiffly. One of the towel even has blood stain.

The staff were some of the best I have ever met, I am a retired International so I have seen many support staff, and they are some of the best. They are 5 star hotel quality.

The staff was pretty good unfortunately the pool wasn’t working, but they did give us 50% off one night no major issues. The room was big and the loft was fun for the kids.
