We loved our stay here and getting to spend a weekend tucked away in nature. My favorite part was watching deer come through in the mornings and cozying up to watch a movie in the gaming room. Be sure to check info on water levels depending on the time of year you stay!

This property was amazing! It is nestled in a wooded area. Only a hour drive for all your entertainment. We enjoyed the home and the outdoor entertainment area. The kids loved the hot tub! Also the host left a nice card and a bottle of wine! Definitely would stay again.

Absolutely Perfect! If you are looking for a relaxing lake home with a welcoming clean atmosphere with a game room and hot tub, this is it! Then, walk outside and be amazed by the levels of fun with outdoor lighting and beautiful scenery! A must stay!!

My wife and I wanted to get away to a quiet place in the middle of nature to enjoy being together with one another and God. This was a wonderful property for us; just what we wanted. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. One evening at dusk we had a dozen deer in the yard. Another night we just sat next to a fire we built enjoying the sound of nature and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was great. Clean and tidy. They drained the lake down a few weeks early this year so no water at property. Not the Host's fault they do say in ad the the water is low in fall but the lake went down early this year. We will be back but earlier in the summer. Great place.

What a charming home for a nice relaxing vacation. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We spent every night at the fire pit enjoying the nature sounds arounds us. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. This was our first VRBO experience and it was top notch. We will definitely be coming back.

Girls weekend. Spent 3 days at this property. Everything was as described, beautiful house and property! We will definitely be back as a group and individually with our families! First night had a wonderful rain and lightning storm, that took out the power for several hours, which really allowed us to unplug

Private, Clean, Cozy!

I stayed at this home for a fishing trip and absolutely loved it! There's plenty of room to park my truck and boat trailer on the roundabout driveway. The place was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The outside grilling area and firepit were a great bonus! Check in is a breeze and the host was very responsive when I had questions. The only thing I wish it had was a dock/slip to park the boat, luckily there were several marinas nearby to launch. I highly recommend this place, in fact I am looking to book it again to bring my fiance.

Perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and privacy!This cabin was the ultimate getaway! Tucked away in a peaceful and private spot right on Douglas Lake, it felt like our own little escape. The game room was a total standout—so creative and fun! It gave us something to enjoy every evening. Whether we were playing games, soaking in the hot tub, or relaxing by the firepit, there was always something fun to do. Also, the hosts made the entire experience seamless. We had the most amazing experience at this beautiful lakefront cabin in Dandridge. The location is absolutely stunning—nestled in a quiet, private spot right on Douglas Lake, with breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. The outdoor space was perfect, complete with a firepit, hot tub, and kayaks that made it easy to enjoy the lake from sunrise to sunset.Inside, the cabin was equally impressive—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The highlight for us was the unique game room—so much fun and unlike anything we’ve seen at other rentals. It added such a special touch to our stay!Teresita, the host, was truly wonderful to work with. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and clearly knows the area well. Her communication made everything smooth from booking to check-out, and her local recommendations were spot on.We can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with fun amenities and a top-notch host, this is it!
