The hotel was very nice, the staff was great. Very enjoyable stay. We were supposed to get a $50 credit for our breakfast, but we did not get it. I've mentioned it but have not been contacted.

There was an irritating machine type noise - non stop - in our room . Sounded like a wind chamber or loud white noise machine. We told staff but no follow up and it continued all night . Also it took a very(!) long time to get our car. Positives - nice Room and pleasant staff

Although I stayed for 1 night, I wish my stay was a little longer. This hotel exceeds my expectations. I had a wonderful time and stay. The spa was so beautiful and amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is advertised as a 5 star property. In my opinion, it is a nice 4 star but it’s the little things that Opus is missing to get it to 5 star. First—soaps and lotions were *not* Le Labo, they were a watered down Marriott version. The pictures need to b updated on the website. I would suggest robes and slippers on hand. (It was my understanding you had to request a robe from housekeeping). Towels were not soft, they were rough and we had to request more—only 3 provided, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, no makeup remover. 1 vanity kit, 1 shower cap and the smallest bottle of lotion that’s made for 1 use. Suggest turndown service. Better hairdryers, not cheap ones that don’t work. You have to request water and ice from housekeeping. The locations is nice! The people were kind. Housekeeping was on point. But to reiterate—this is not a 5 star property.

The staff in the front desk charge me twice in my credit card , and also the charge a supposedly a 40 USD FEE , but they charge me 540 USD. I have to call them and fix the problem, but if you don’t call they just keep the money.
