this hotel above and beyond they were the only hotel that allowed us to check in early as we had a funeral to attend and we’re in town early in the morning. They may check in super easy and made sure to clean our room first thing in the morning so we could get checked in. We were so beyond grateful for the customer service we received. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Kalispell.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us have the keys to to go check our room because we forgot something an hour after checking out. The area around the hotel is very walkable and has nice restaurants and shops. Since the hotel is near main street there is occasionally a lot of noise from vehicles but we were able to sleep just fine.

Air conditioner in room sounded like jackhammer going all night. Had to shut it off and deal with the heat. We stayed in family room, very inconvenient as the bathroom (one) was only a foot away from the bed in the main room. Elevator was extremely slow, full 5 minute ride to the 3rd floor after the 5 or ten minute wait for it to arrive. Some staff (not all) was rude. Beds were good. Probably would not stay again, definitely not in the family room. 3 stars because it was clean and beds were fine.

Great property for how old it is. The staff was very friendly. Love the location being right downtown. Only reason for the 4 vs 5 stars was we could not get the tv to turn on and when I tried to call the front desk to ask how to make it work, the phone in our room did not work.

Old Town

A very old hotel, not all rooms have been updated and they are small. Elevator is small 4x4 and very slow for a 3 story building. Two 20min. parking spots at front door, need parking ticket to park in rear public parking lot
