We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Ben was an exceptional host—very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free.The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Seamless, Safe, & Relaxing

The apartment is perfectly placed in a clean nice neighborhood within walking distance to numerous restaurants and less than 5 minutes from Walmart. It is very quiet even with the college students being so near. I felt safe as I traveled alone 14 hrs to get there meeting family later on. Enjoyed being able to come and go without needing a physical key. Perfect backup supplies of toiletries if needed. Clean. Well furnished. Perfect to enter from the parking lot without a long hallway to go down. Owners have outstanding customer service. Contacting me before, during, and after the trip. I am very appreciative of this venue and the owners. If only they owned more closer to me. The only thing that would top it off is to add sugar and creamer packets in case the guests would like to make use of the coffee maker. Perfect stay!!! Highly recommended. If I ever come back to Wisconsin I will use this venue again.

Comfy Stay Near Stadium

This 2 bedroom rental is ideal for football tailgaters or any other campus visit. It beats a hotel for comfort and convenience. We slept well despite nearby student housing. Host Ben was very responsive before and during our stay. It was our second stay with Ben, and we will come again!

The Industrial Apartment is just as advertised, clean, neat, comfortable and close to UWW. We enjoyed having the open space of the athletic fields just a short walk away. Convenient location. Everything was easy to use and access.

Hidden Gem

The property is located next to UW-Whitewater. It was the perfect location for our trip to watch our daughter play in a tennis tournament. The unit is very clean and everything is updated and good quality. Parking was easy. Ben was very prompt when replying to my requests/questions and he even provided dining suggestions. I highly recommend this lodging location for anyone visiting Whitewater and surrounding areas.

Perfect place

We spent weekend at Ben's place in Whitewater, WI. Location and building are convenient yet ordinary but the apartment is outstanding. It's modern, sophisticated, and comfortable for 4 people. Besides it allows to accommodate pets! There are a lot of parks and tree lined streets in the area. Perfect place for a short or long vacation

Wonderful Whitewater Apartment

My husband and I rented an apartment from Ben to visit family for the 4th and attend the 4th of July parade. The Apartment was so clean, cleaner than many hotels I have stayed out. The Apartment was remodeled, updated and oh so cute. We slept in the King bedroom and the mattress was superb. We could not have found a better place. Ben we will see you again on future trips.

Thankful parents!

Oh my goodness! I have said this a few times this weekend
I sure wish we would have known about this property when my son was in college
he now teaches and coaches in the area and it was a great spot to meet him on our visit
the management was very kind, helpful and organized
a very clean two bedroom apartment with such a nice arrangement with the kitchen and living area
the bathroom has a nice new shower and all very clean
as a picky Mom this was a big hit! Thank you all around!
