Great spot for travelers since it’s right off the main highway. The staff was friendly, though check-in was a bit bumpy, which I’d blame on Expedia—seems to be a recurring issue lately. Still, the front desk staff managed to sort everything out and fix my reservation. The room was roomy and comfortable, equipped with all you might need: cold A/C, a sofa, coffee table, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, TV with casting option (which I couldn’t get to work), and clean bedding. The continental breakfast offered plenty of choices, including a waffle maker, cereal options, and more. The area didn’t have many food spots besides a nearby convenience store, Whataburger, and Denny’s, but everything else was within driving distance. All in all, this motel was a solid choice, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the Wichita Falls area.

Great customer service! Breakfast was nice, make your own waffles, cereal selection, good coffee, juice assortments, and toast. The hotel was nice and clean. This was our second time staying. And will come back if we are in the arena!

While the facilities were just above average, the surroundings lacked for dining or even fast food options which was quite surprising given the size of the city. It seems that most of the dining was located on the other end of town. The location was also well suited to close proximity to the freeway for our departure.

You get what you pay for. The Executive Inn & Suites did not live up to the expectations suggested by its name. The floor was not clean in the room, breakfast was only waffles and cereal - no fruit, no protein, weak coffee. The persons at the desk were not professional in dress or interactions.

It was a quick visit. The staff was quite nice but some things like the ice machine and juice machine were out of order. The breakfast options were limited but for the price I felt like we got our money.
