Was able to book easily. Checked in okay. Person at registration having personal problems so not very happy at time. Room was nice but the toilet seat lid/seat loose and came off when using. The shower had not been cleaned and looked like maybe didn’t get finished cleaning. Refrigerator had food from previous people that might have stayed in same room. Let front desk know when checking out and she didn’t seem to care much. The people who work at front desk make first & last impression so we were not impressed by the personnel but the lobby looked nice and clean so that helped when first got there.

The suite I had was very comfortable and decorated nicely. Check in went smoothly and the employee was super nice and helpful. The decor all over was pleasing and pretty. The kids loved the pool.

Room was dirty-obviously not vacuumed. Box spring was truly broken. The staff did change our room to a non-broken bed and did vacuum when we asked. But should we have to ask??!! AC dripped water on the carpet so the entire area under it was soaking wet.

The Hotel in general is a very nice place to stay. We’ve stayed there several times and have had no issues. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom sink didn’t drain, however I didn’t report it.
