Been staying here for flights in/out of Wichita. First room AC didn’t work but front desk got me another room - great customer service! Breakfast: it was ok but don’t understand why there wasn’t syrup for the waffles?? Target is a short walk from this place and someone could have gotten some, right? To me, it’s the small things that make a stay memorable and encourage repeat customers. I may stay again but might bring my own syrup 😅

Front desk staff was super nice checking in and helping locate a place to fill water jugs for baseball, etc. My only complaint about anything was the lighting in the room. I never did figure out how to work the lights by the door and there was a lightbulb burned out in the bathroom fixture. I did not report this and request another lightbulb, though, so that was on me!

The pool was absolutely disgusting! We wouldn’t let our kids get in. The stairwell smelled of mold and filth. DIRTY. In much need of renovations.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel, but the sink area of the accessibility bathroom was so small that it was very inconvenient. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, room was roomy and service was excellent.

After requiring a room, due to delayed and rerouted flights/lost luggage, we stayed here because of the location to the airport. The 2 night clerks were more than accommodating & very friendly. They supplied us with everything we needed to shower, due to our lost luggage. The hotel is older, and nothing fancy, but met our needs. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Room was clean & served its purpose.

The room and hotel was very dated and smelled bad. I cancelled my stay and went to another hotel . I had prepaid for the room through Expedia and lost my payment for the room. It just smelld very bad that I could not stay there. I would nt recommend this hotel.

When we checked in the clerk informed us that the elevator was not working and we had a handicap room booked but it was on the Third floor. It was evident to her that I would not be able to do the stairs. She was able to give us a room that was posted as out of order. The room was doable for sleeping. The tub was not cleaned out from work that had been done on it. Further inspection the air conditioner did not work and the tv did not work. There was debris on the floor in the hall way. I kept watching staff members walk past it but did nothing about it until I pointed it out to them. My main complaint is that when the elevator was not working they should have contacted the people that booked the handicapped room and ask them if they can handle the stairs or if they needed to be on the main floor or even given the opportunity to change hotels. That would have been the proactive way to deal with the problem. Because we came in late, 11pm, the night clerk Olivia became our hero. She went over and above to make sure we had a place to sleep that night. I just wish the facility itself had shown more pride of ownership. From all the staff to management and ownership. If the manager was doing his job Olivia would not have to scramble to get us a substandard room. And the appearance would have been better if they would just look at the debris on the floor and remove it.

Clean rooms, nice overnight staff. The elevator was broke, amd made walking rhe 4 flights of steps an inconvenience.
