The gal started closing breakfast and rushing us out 20 minutes before closing time. We were put in a 1 king handicap room when reservation was for 2 queens. Room was not checked on everyday and when asked for towels to be delivered while we were gone for the day, they didn’t even do that! The pool was very cold. Overall, just a bed to sleep on. Will try a different property next time.

The gym water was always out. I asked the front desk about it and they said they would make sure to get a new filter jug but they never did. Disappointing when you are working out and there is no water available.

Need improvement

Water knob to turn on shower and regulate flow was extremely hard to manage. At other Hamptons always offered bottle water at check in, not here

Weekend getaway.

Overall, had a great stay with a few minor hiccups with our room. It rained the first 2 full days and the large window in our room was leaking from the top inside and leaving a big water mess, but was able to put a towel down to catch it and notified the front desk. Also, notified the front desk of a large amount of ants in the room on the desk and a night stand. Noted along baseboard coming from behind the refrigerator cabinet. The staff were always very pleasant, helpful, and accomodating. Would be interested in staying at this location again, just a different room.

q-tip on the floor in the bathroom. Behind door did not look like it was swept. Other than that, room was clean. Bed was hard so we both did not sleep well. Breakfast was good. Employees all very friendly.

Not the same room

Room was not the same as the one we stayed in back in February. Typical tub shower instead of shower stall we had last time. Shampoo and body lotion were empty, Conditioner was screwed down and I couldn't open. Had to interrupt by shower to look for shampoo etc. Refrigerator was noisy.

The room was nice and the front desk people were fine but the kitchen staff were very unprofessional, They were having inappropriate and swearing a lot. They may have been in the kitchen but when the door is open everyone is going to hear. I really try to refrain from profanity. I don't expect to hear it while I am eating my breakfast at a Hampton Inn.

The room was spacious, and clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of varieties. The breakfast attendant seemed like she was mad because there was many people there, did not greet anyone. Check in was quick as the front desk staff member maybe said two words to me as i checked in. Staff could be friendlier and welcoming.

Good not great

Friendly and quick check in. Room had some gross spots. The bed side table was sticky. Bathroom floor near bathtub was dirty. There was a clothing clip left on bathroom counter from previous guest. And wallpaper in bathroom was coming up in several spots.
