This property gave us everything we needed for our family of four! The multiple bed options and availability of a Pack-n-Play made sleeping arrangements very easy. The living room into kitchen area were very spacious, plus the kitchen had all the essentials for a lovely stay and full cooking capabilities, including coffee maker ready to roll! The backyard was very large, and had a small hot tub. The toys and goodies in the garage provided endless entertainment for our little ones.Neighborhood was lovely and very close to Seneca, providing easy access to lots of food options.Overall we had a very enjoyable stay!
The house was well described in the listing and decorated nicely for the holidays. We were hoping a curtain and tension rod could cover the third bedroom off of the kitchen, but the opening is too big for that to occur. Our only suggestions would be having some kind of curtains or other divider to give the third bedroom some privacy as well as some storage for clothes (dresser or shelving); we were there for a week so living out of our bags got a little old. Jennifer was a gracious and kind hostess.
Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood that was close to the museums and downtown. House was as described and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. It was the perfect place to stay while we visited Wichita.
We had a great trip. The house was perfect for our needs. The host was very responsive to the one glitch we had during the stay and fixed it promptly. We had everything we needed to cook some meals. It was delightful.
My wife was attending a conference at Century II, and this house was <3 minutes away. Traffic was minimal. The home is comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Loved it.
It was a great space for a small gathering. We had a sisterâs weekend and the space was perfect for us. If we had one thing negative to say it would be that the couch needs to be cleaned.
We enjoyed staying here very much. Quiet neighborhood. Garage games kept the kids entertained. Very clean. Nice decor. Didn't need to buy any supplies. My only suggestion would be a curtain between the bed and the kitchen. Just to give it some separation and privacy at night. And Oh man the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was extremely firm. Pillows were comfortable. If we ever come back to Wichita we will look this place up again.
The code to unlock the front door wasnât provided and we had to call the property manager. She was quick to respond.
Cons: There are no hangers provided to hang clothing. No iron, no handheld steamer.
The bathroom was out of hand soap. We looked everywhere but couldnât find any.
This place sleeps six, but only one bathroom to share, which is fine except the vanity is so small that you cannot put anything on the countertop. We came to Wichita for a girlsâ weekend. None of us could place our makeup or hair products on the counter to get ready. It would have been nice to be able to share the countertop while getting ready. Fine, Iâll go find a mirror and get ready in front of thatâŠ.wrong. There is only one mirror in a bedroom and we ended up having to take it off the wall, pull over the bedside end tables, and foolishly make it work.
Along with this, when we arrived it was a 90 degree day. We walked in and it was 85 in the house. We closed all the blinds and curtains in every room, turned down the AC, and left. We came back 2 hours later and it wasnât much colder. It took all night to cool down and didnât reach 72 until well past midnight.
I needed some scissors to cut tags off newly purchased clothes. There are none. Since there is a full kitchen, we for sure thought they would have knives we could use. Again, no knives.
Property was wonderful for our familyâs mini-vacay to celebrate Fatherâs Day. The room with twin beds was perfect for our two littles and allowed us to have a more relaxing trip than staying at a hotel.
This property was perfect for what we needed! It comfortably slept 5 adults. A small house, but it's set up in a way that doesn't make it feel like that's the case. Our only complaint was there only being 1 small bathroom, but with a group of 5 ladies all trying to get ready at the same time, that's going to be the case about anywhere! đ We were fortunate enough to get good weather and utilized the spacious backyard. A quiet, clean area and off street parking was a huge bonus! Jennifer was prompt, courteous and super friendly in communicating. Absolutely plan to stay here again if we have another girls trip to Wichita!
Owner is very communicative and easy to reach. Place was very clean and well stocked! It was perfect for our family of 5 and my friend. Having the washer and dryer was great as now I go home as a mom with very little laundry :) we used the kitchen for all but one meal and it had all we needed to cook unlike other places we have stayed that had minimal dishes. I would definitely stay here again!
We found the house to be in good repair, clean and comfortable. Beds had quality mattresses, many kitchen utensils and cooking accessories available. Please note from the text description (unlike I did, I relied more on pictures) that the double bed is immediately off the kitchen with no privacy whatsoever.
We loved staying here. Beds super comfortable, house in great shape, the games provided were so much fun! Quiet neighborhood. It was a wonderful get away!
Great place to stay, very clean house with plenty of beds to sleep in. Came up for a work conference, close enough to the city to ride the VEO scooters around and back to the house at night.
