July 4th stay

Amazing nice cool place. I love the unfinished vintage style .the history! Close to amazing food and coffee shops. Excellent place will definitely stay here again when o return to Wichita staff super responsive!! Just all around a cool fresh way to chill on a long hot family filled weekend. Different with a nice finish is how I describe the 100 percent positive stay!

Historical Urban Getaway

This property was such a fun space! The urban industrial design aesthetic blended so well with original brick walls and other historical touches.The master bedroom and bathroom created a relaxing oasis that made you feel like you were the star role on a movie set. Loved the exposed beams, brick walls, and natural light from the bathroom. The voucher to Emerson Briggs was such a nice treat to get dinner after your arrival, they were very kind and had great food! Things do get noisy since youā€™re on a busy street and above a restaurant, but it was definitely manageable. There were some security concerns with the door being right there in the street, but the security of this loft is very good. You might have some people walking around town asking for money, etc. but no one was overly dangerous/aggressive. The location is another great feature, no matter what youā€™re up to in Wichita. There are plenty of parking options, even right in front of the loft.We would love to stay here again in the future and recommend it to anyone we know who will be visiting. Unique and fun

Booked for my daughters 17th bday, stayed with 4 daughters. It was St pattys day weekend so was very loud from the bar below as expected. Parking was difficult however the host responded with advice right away and ended up being not a big deal at all! The loft was beautifully decorated. The b day girl loved the hanging bed ! Would stay here again !!!

Family Getaway

Spent 3 nights at this property with son, daughter-in-law & grandchildren and had a great time ringing in the New Year! We loved the large table for playing games & the overall spaciousness of the loft. The location was convenient for us to walk to local establishments for food & drinks. Dave was very responsive to all questions & requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay.

Place was very unique, clean, and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Easy to book, check in, and check out. Only downside as listed and other reviews is that it is above a bar. During our Monday though Thursday night stay could hear the music thumping until about 11:30 PM. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for a small group!

The owner's communication was clear and extremely thorough. I sincerely appreciated all the detail included. The loft was gorgeously designed and decorated, and a pleasure to stay in. The beds and bedding were wonderful and gave us all a restful night's sleep. The next time I come to Wichita, I'll be checking for availability here first!

Training

We utilized this property for 1 night while we were in town for a training. The property owner was very kind and easy to get ahokd of for any questions we had. The loft had plenty of room to sleep everyone. Nice tv to watch the games on. The air conditioning definitely worked well. The only complaint was the smell of tacos from the restaurant. We had a great time. It was a great location and easy walking distance to the Pump House.

If you love history you will love this place!

This was a beautiful historical loft in Old Town. Lots restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance. Love the old industrial themed furnishings. Amazing master suite. Loved the swinging bed. This loft had every thing you would need. Owner was extremely nice and communicated well. This is the perfect place to stay in Wichita. Love Love Love The Gashawā€™s from Tennessee

Home was above what we expected. Great location and close to many restaurants and night clubs. this location is great for a business trip or when traveling with adults only. Be mindful that Music is loud at night and if traveling with little kids or infants it would be hard for them to fall asleep.

Most Awesome Place Ever!

Pictures do not do this place justice!!! Everything from furniture to decor was spectacularly awesome! We could not stop taking pictures at such a beautiful place. We were expecting Ashton Kutcher or Eric Church to walk out of a room at any time as this place is movie/video quality! Instructions were detailed and spot on. The location is extremely convenient within walking distance to everything you want to see. We loved it!

Excellent Experience!

This was a very pleasant, stress free experience. My family and I came to town to take in the show and see Wichita. This apartment is centrally located and close to main roads as well as highway access allowing us to get around town easily. The owner reached out just before our visit to give final instructions. The property was easy to find and easy to access. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Very spacious, very clean and very interesting. The old brick walls and wood floors and decorations were very charming. The bedrooms were all very large with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The living room and kitchen area were well set up for time we wanted to spend together. There were plenty of TVs and internet access was good. The owners seem to think of everything. There was a welcome book with suggestions of places to go places to eat etc as well as a gift certificate for the bar and grill located below this apartment. We stayed on a Sunday night and did not notice much noise from downstairs. I would imagine that Friday night and Saturday nights would be different, but I don't know for sure. The bar and grill located below the apartment was well staffed with delightful people who were very helpful and food that was delicious. I don't know if he's too establishments are connected, but they work well together. I would highly recommend this property and will most likely visit again.

Spacious and convenient

Normally we donā€™t hang out too much in a rented place, but this loft is so spacious and fun to hang out in. Lots of great food and bars in walking distance. The noise was not a factor for us so if youā€™re thinking about not renting because of some other reviews on the noise, just know itā€™s not deafening. Plus, you can make as mush noise as you want and no one can hear you! The hosts were very responsive to questions. If there is one negative is that the kitchen could use a few more cups/glasses.

Wow! Such a neat space!

My friends and I were in town for a concert at Intrust Bank Area. This condo is close (walking distance) to all the fantastic restaurants and bars that Old Town offers, as well as the arena. The decor and vibe of this apartment is unlike anywhere I have stayed!! Such a fun atmosphereā€¦Awesome placeā€¦would stay again and again!! Perfect for a couples, friends, or bachelor/bachelorette party!
