Parking was horrible very crowded. Parking lot was small for larger vehicles no matter where you parked. It was construction vehicles in the parking lot very tight fit for vehicles. In our room, couldn’t get the AC to work correctly went to the front desk asked for help. Nobody ever came up to show us what was wrong with it. There was trash behind the nightstand. We had stuff in the fridge and the setting was set so cold that any water bottles or cans that we had froze solid there were three people in our room went down to the front desk and asked for another towel. We were questioned as why we told them we have three people in the room. There was only two towels in there and they asked why we couldn’t just use the same towel for two people Upon check-in. I had already pre-registered online then the gentleman at the front desk wanted me to fill out a paper with all the information on it that already did on the Internet, so I couldn’t figure out why I was filling out everything again that already filled out once before I got there I had already put a card on the room when we got there they wanted a different card. I told him I was paying cash. It went from $50-$100 for paying cash which was fine all in all the entire stay there was very inconvenient. I’ve been at other facilities by this company. It’s been great unfortunately we will never stay at this establishment again
