Es ist am besten beschrieben als "Laid back lässig", "Flip-Flops & T-Shirt Leben", wir sind nicht "Schnickschnack", nur FUN !! . Wir hoffen, dass Sie einen Aufenthalt in unserem Spaß genießen, frivol, ohne Schnörkel, auf die Erde, Strand 4 Schlafzimmer Effizienz Wohnung am Jersey Shore in Wildwood, New Jersey. We stayed at this rental over the weekend, and it was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. The floors were so filthy that our kids' feet and socks turned black within minutes. Even worse, the unit was infested with roaches—visible during the day—and the downstairs neighbors confirmed they had the same issue. Despite an exterminator being sent, the problem continued daily.The wall-mounted A/C units were filled with black mold, which is dangerous, especially for our asthmatic children. We provided photos, but no real action was taken. A worker came supposedly to remove the moldy units but instead only cleaned the windows.There was barely enough hot water for one shower, despite our group of 10. We also had to buy our own roach traps and haven’t been reimbursed. While the property manager was responsive, nothing was resolved and the owners remained unreachable.We’ll be reporting this property to the health department and all listing platforms. Avoid this place entirely—it’s unsafe, unsanitary, and unacceptable.

Thank god we didn't spend much time in doors

The place in the pictures did not match where we stayed, the pics are probably from the down stairs unit or they're old. The furniture was not as nice or the same in some cases. There is AC in the main living area and two bedrooms. Would have been nice to know that two rooms had no AC.The place smelled like mildew. The floors were sandy and super dirty. My kids white socks were disgusting from walking around. The couch has seen some things. I didn't even sit on it. The kitchen was nasty. The draws had dirt, sand, and crumbs in them. You provided one trash bag. The bathrooms were grimy. There were no soaps in the bathroom dispensers. There were no hooks to hang anything, anywhere. The beds were newer though and looked clean. We didn't use the blankets, we brought our stuff. Like I said, I'm glad we only had to sleep there because hanging inside wasn't an option.

A+ location but fell a little short

Arrival and check in were great as well as the communication with the property manager. The location to the boards was exactly what we were looking for. Where we felt a little disappointment is in the cleanliness. The floors didn’t look as if they have been mopped for months, if ever. A few minutes after showering your feet were jet black with filth and you had to rewash them before you get in bed. Also, the photos of the property are a bit deceiving because if you have long legs you can’t even sit on the toilet or you’re eating the sink, they are so close. I wished all 4 bedrooms had their own window units rather than just 2. If you don’t have one, the door has to remain open or you will be sweating. The main air did a great job of keeping the main living area cool.

overall very nice

The pros: GREAT location, so close to the lower boardwalk and the beach. Room enough to have food, layout towels, bags, sundries. Very clean. Owners courteous and responsive. Parking was good. The cons: "Sleeps 8-10" is true if there are kids, two adults on each of the beds was not really doable. I would say 4 adults max here or 6 is ok with 2 sleeping on the couch. Bathrooms really small. The credit card fee coming off my deposit was an unpleasant surprise. We have rented in WW many times and this was in the "upper half" of places we have stayed there.

The unit in the front looked nice but where we stayed was run down and needed to be updated.

We had fun but it had nothing to do with staying at the house. It needs work. The garbage in front of the condo smelled. And it did not look nice at all. There were parking issues. The parking spots we were supposed to have according to our contract were taken by other guests and while we were trying to work it out we got tickets that the owner of the property would not even help pay. The shades, lamps and garbage can were either not working or broken, The toilet would not stop running. This place needs some serious updating and work.

Quaint 4 bedroom, nice kitchen island in betweenness with living room and dining room. Bathrooms is a little small, but if you're there for the beach and wildwood, then that's not a big deal. Located near the end of the boardwalk, where it's less traffic and more quiet. But you can easily hop on the tram cart with 1 min walk. The owner were quick and reseptive. I would recommend this place to friend.

Great stay for a Friendcation!!!

This property was just as the Skip described it. Very roomy and enough space to fit the eight of my friends and even some more! Any little issue we had was quickly resolved by Skip by the next day, issues being missing pillow and a lamp (which we didn't need but didn't want to be blamed for having it missing). It is 2 blocks from the Wildwood sign and directly across from the beach so you can do whatever you like because its all within arms reach. My friends and I had such an enjoyable time and it was within our budget that the offer was hard to resist. With the little noise we made, we had no problems with the neighbors and everyone got along just fine. I would highly recommend this area if your looking for a nice budgeted area for you and some friends or even a family vacation! Skip is very active in making sure his customers are pleased and satisfied with there stay. Thank you very giving us a try and staying at the house. ( Note:We were all under the age of 25)
