The staff were great and wonderful. Isabel, cook at the Nautilus was wonderful, friendly and always had a smile on her face. he eggs and egg omelets were the best.

Hotel is very nice and seems to have been renovated recently. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Ideal location as everything is in walking distance. Plenty food and shopping options. The food at all the places we ate were really good. We had dinner only one night at the hotel and it was so disappointing, would not recommend eating at the hotel. Overall we’d stay here again.

The staff in the lobby on our day of leaving was very rude. Said we couldn’t eat in the lobby, was trying to get us out by calling transportation after we said we had called already and allowing people to skip the lines to check in while I was first in line to checkout

I stayed 10 days and out of the 10 days i only got a wash cloth 3 times. (1 at a time) Every time i asked for a clean wash cloth housekeeper give me one or none. They really need to restock wash cloths. Other then that everything was great.

The Renaissance Wind Creek was perfect! My husband & I stayed for 7 nights recently and it was beyond pur expectations. We got upgraded to a balcony room upon arrival & it was very spacious & clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big & the shower was nice & large. The staff were top notch! Zahyra checked us in and was amazing! She made sure our stay was great throughout the week! Roland was great as well, always there to help in any way! He even asked how i was doing after not feeling well the previous day. The beach & pool were probably our favorite part of the resort. The beach was clean with plenty of chairs & towels. The views are incredible. I can't stay enough about the Renaissance! I would definitely stay again

The staff were very nice and welcoming and hotel is beautiful! The location is great for shopping, walking around Otrobanda and over the bridge to Punda and there’s plenty of good restaurants nearby. The manmade beach is really nice and clean with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. There’s a beach bar with servers who will bring food and drinks right over and there’s another restaurant/bar on the other side of the pool with awesome food and drinks too. We were able to rent a car at Smart Cars right at the resort to explore the island which was super convenient.
