Hotel manager and customer service is the worst no towels no rag room was dirty will never refer no one to this hotel and stay 3 nights then book extra day Hotel manager told us that we can stay in the same room we woke up to be kicked out with the people luggage at our door

The view from the room was amazing. Room was not as clean as we expected. Overall the room was nice, it could use an update for sure. Many unknown stains on the seating areas on the balcony. Had it not been for the view we would have asked for another room.

Sheets never changed, dirty pillow cases upon arrival. Dirty towels were left on the floor for 4 days straight. Air-conditioner was broken and leaking all over the floor & over an extension cord. And to top it all off, we left the room for the entire day & came back to the door open.

i liked the look and feel of the new modern decorated rooms. The service was great and the pool area and view was immaculate. i gave it 4 stars because the only thing i didn't like was the food it was different than what im use to in the united states but i definitely would come back and stay at saint tropez again

I’m going to give the property a five star for many reasons, it was in the heart of everything, restaurants, shopping, bars, night club and excursions. The views from the hotel and the pool were breathtaking. The bar the had on the property was called BLACKJACK and they had some good from and drinks. We had one problem with our stay, when we arrived the bathroom had sand all over the floor and the toilet still had urine in it, we called front office and they immediate sent someone up to clean the bathroom. This hotel is a 10/10 and I highly recommend.

First time visiting Curacao. Glad we stayed in the area that we did as it's withing walking distance of downtown, and several cool areas with tons of restaurants (the food was amazing). The hotel itself is nice and we enjoyed it. There was work going on outside the hotel that seemed to be sewer related. This led to some nasty smells. The hotel actually had to move us, but put us in a much larger room, (apartment) which was great. Do know that this hotel does not have any beach access, but does have a nice pool. Personally, if I'm by the ocean, I don't care about pools, but it was within our price range so we compromised. And, we actually walked to the Avila resort a couple of times and took advantage of their day pass.

The property does not look as the pictures on hotels.com. The property needs a revamp. A lot of rust and old furniture around the pool area. There was also construction going on during our stay which woke us up at 7am one day. There is no complimentary water in the mini bar. They do however provide vouchers for a free non alcoholic drink per guest. Every Friday night they have a dj. We were also provided with free vouchers for drinks for that night. The dj plays house music the entire night which is not okay. My fiancé and I are both of Caribbean descent so it would have been nice to hear other genres. The food and drinks at the restaurant/bar were good. They also serve hookah which was good as well. There is a lot of rust at the bottom of the pool by the steps to enter the pool. My fiancée and I paid additional money for breakfast each morning, the breakfast meat is only pork which my fiancée and I do not eat. It would be nice to add turkey and/or beef sausage and bacon to the menu
