the halls are dim lighted and creepy . the property was ok for the price.. the hot tub was not blue the water looked brown and dirty . the pools were clean and nice..the room was clean and nice.. it was ok for the price of the hotel

We booked a room for 5 people and had only 2 small maybe full size beds and a small chair. No cots available it would have been okay if we didn’t have teenagers if we had toddlers or infant it might have been okay. There wasn’t many options for breakfast. It was in a great location in Williamsburg and we were able to see the fireworks from our room.

1-No hot water 2- Ice maker not working 3- Rug needs a deep cleaning 4- Light out next to bed 5-Bathroom sink broken 6- Pool has not been cleaned, you could tell 4- I had to go down twice because my card was not working 7--The door gets stuck when you try opening it. Would I stay in a Days Inn again? NO. I was on a business trip came back needing a vacation. Thank you

The receptionist was friendly. I do not like that the pools were dirty and had bad smell. There was a marihuana smell around the all property. The staff don’t clean de rooms.

The worst and dirtiest hotel ever.

Our experience was the worst ever in my life.Rooms smelled and was dirty. Both pools were dirty and no pump running to chlorine. Laundry not enough machine and some were broke, had to wait long time for others to be done. Breakfast was not available on time at 7am with barely any food choice. One employee at front desk had a very unacceptable attitude customer service. Did not offer fridge in rooms. It was a problem to get extra towels and blankets. I addressed Al these concerns and I was ask by employee was “ do you want to stay or do you want to check out?” No apologies or an adjustment offer on my bill. I had paid in full before arriving so I was stuck.

the customer service was not very pleasant. i encountered some rather rude individuals and it wasn't just one person because i stayed 6 days total and it was pretty much everyday i was treated as if i was not wanted or bothering someone if i had a question. which was rare because i try to stay to myself and avoided having to ask anything because of the rude responses i was given. my first night, tv did not work and i did not have a ice bucket which is important here because they do not have a refridgerator in the rooms which i didn't know prior to booking. but the ice machine came in handy after i got cups from 711 next door to hold the ice. the next issue when changing rooms is tv did not work and bathtub faucet ran heavily and constantly and no shampoo conditioner or soaps were in the bathroom. and cigarette burn holes were in the plastic around the cups for coffee in the non smoking room which i found strange. when i went to the pool with the kids the hot tub looked so dirty like yellow dirty. it did not seem clean at all. over all the stay was not great. not horrible but not great by no means. hope this helps someone.

The hotel was dirty, no outlets that worked, the AC felt broken as it was super hot in the room however the AC was on. The couch in the room looked broken and the bathroom was gross.

Half of the staff was not customer friendly, they had an attitude and no hospitality skills. The cleaning staff was friendly and do the best they can to clean, however the condition of the property is old and it has bot been updated. There was strong smells in the rooms. Our stay was 2 rooms/ 3 nights had to switch rooms once with one room having a horrible smell of cigarette smoke (non-smoking room) and in the second room the power went out in most of the room - staff tried to offer to change but it was inconvenient at that time - they still did not send anyone to check if it could be a simple breaker issue. Will not be returning unless they remodel the property.
