Beautiful property. Something for everyone. All ages. The ice machine in our refrigerator didnt work. We called and in 10 mins they delivered 2 /7 lb. bags of ice! Honestly the nicest place we have ever stayed. You won't be disappointed.

This was an amazing, family friendly resort that we absolutely loved. We would stay here again and have recommended it to friends. It was so perfect for the kids and us to relax and have fun! We utilized all of the activities and pools. The rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen well stocked. Club Wyndhams are excellent!

Great place to stay and perfect for the family

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was perfect distance to our activities, and had a variety of things to do at the resort that were wonderful for the evenings when our days ended. Pool was loud but fun, the arcade was a huge hit, and while the mini golf course was closed, they made up for it by allowing us to use a sister resort extremely close by, which was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again.A couple of complaints. I wish check in didn't absolutely require talking with the concierge (aka sales team) and constantly deny the time share program. They are so pushy, and I was super nice about it all, but even by the end, I could sense some aggravation by that team that I was so hard pushing back. That's unnecessary. Our room had some real bad smell. We think it was some spilled curry or something, but we ended up wiping down walls, floor, chairs, table, etc. and putting the garbage can outside to avoid smelling that. Mini golf on site being closed was a little bothersome, because I had boys that would have been on that all evening. Light switches in the main bathroom were weirdly located, and the GFCI outlet that controls them was right where you dry your hands, so they kept shutting off all the lights and needing reset. The TV in the main bedroom kept cutting in and out due to connection errors. Our dishwasher wheels didn't work, the brackets were broken and it didn't slide out. Towels obviously weren't checked/re-washed before our stay.

Amazing!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Kingsgate! The environment was lovely and safe, making it perfect for our family. The kids had an absolute blast with the games in the activity area, and the hosts - Tina and Hannah, were incredibly helpful. We can't wait to come back again!

Great stay

When we come back to Williamsburg, we would absolutely stay here again. The condo had plenty of room and amenities. It had a resort like feel with the pools, game rooms, mini golf, etc. The staff in that area was thoughtful and very kind. Our host was an excellent communicator and we are happy to have booked with them.

Great Stay!

Great place to stay in Williamsburg! Room was updated and very clean. Amenities are fabulous. Only wish they didn't try to strong arm you into attending a time share presentation. Just hold firm. Otherwise a fantasic stay.

Better communication needed

This was a fine place to stay while in Williamsburg. Lots of amenities. Our only problem was that the building we stayed in did not have hot water for the first 24 hours. We were not told about the problem when we checked in. When we brought it to the attention of management they seemed to be unaware of the issue. We were later told by a different staff member that they knew about the problem. The issue was resolved by the second night of our stay but our interactions with the staff led us to believe they had known about the problem before we checked in. If they had been honest about the issue from the start I would not have felt that we were misled and lied to.

Perfect for our family

Great location for visiting the Historic Triangle. Unit was clean and quiet. Plenty of towels, pillows, dishes, and paper supplies. We enjoyed the pool, arcade games, and walking the property. No pressure to attend sales presentation. We said, no thank you. That was it!! My only annoyance was with the king mattress in the large bedroom. It sinks in the middle. You know how uncomfortable that can be. Otherwise, great place!!

A great choice

We really loved our stay. We had to communicate with the property owners once, to ask a question about checkout. They were quick and very helpful. Our kids loved the resort amenities (indoor pool, arcade, movie theater, miniature golf) which helped a lot since we happened to travel here during a cold snap. I appreciated the heads up about the sales pitches that the Wyndham folks would do each day. They kept their pitch short, respecting our "no." Though we've stayed in places with higher end finishings, we liked the simple check-in/check-out procedure, the friendly staff, and the amenities enough that we would definitely come back.

Great value and really fun for our teens!

We had a great time! The unit they gave us at the resort was well worn, so make sure to ask for a remodeled unit on check-in. This was a great place to stay for fun and location. Very comfortable too!

Good home base for touring

This property served as a very good home base for our tours of the American Historic Triangle. The property allowed us to cook dinners and relax after long days of touring. The service was very good and the Activities Center provided fun options for my 8 yr old son, even though at times the pool was extremely crowded. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Yearly vacation

The arcade and putt putt was great for the kids during down time. Location was nice. Had to buy a frying pan so we could cook breakfast. Blender didn't work (leaked all over counter) but other than that beds were comfortable!
