It was a great experience, The free breakfast was very good and room looked like it was recently renovated. The bed was not all that confrontable but not too bad... I wish you could catch the Williamsburg bus out front. Driving to the Williamsburg visitor center to get to the bus is an ok option if you done by 830.

Excellent location close to the main areas we wanted to visit. Very clean rooms, comfy beds. The food left a little to be desired. It was tasty but not much choice.

Girls trip

Very friendly staff, breakfasts had a large selection, and someone was always there to assist if you had a question. Beds were comfortable, large showers, very clean. Hotel was convenient to excursions and restaurants. Gas station across street to fill up prior to driving home. Will stay again.

In my experience, Hampton Inn usually has plush comfortable beds. Our bed was hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. Cleaning staff that I encountered, spoke very little english. There is one particular employee who needs to review a dress code policy. She wears spandex or yoga pants, but her shirts are not adequate enough to cover her large abdomen.

Nice and convenient

The parking area was easy to get in and out of. The hotel is close to the visitor center, where it's easy to help get to many colonial facilities.

Hotel was very nice and clean and it has been updated. But our problem was that one of the cleaning lady stole money out of our suitcase and I did not realize it until I got home to find that my money was gone I always keep extra money in my suitcase in case of emergency and I usually keep it locked. But the one day we told the lady that she did not have to come in our room and clean or do anything just give us some clean towels. And I left my suitcase unlocked thinking they had no reason to come in. But while we were gone,they came in and thats when it happened. I didn't know until I got home So don't trust their cleaning lady.

The staff was friendly. However, the hotel itself is old and falling apart. The shower handle literally fell off when we turned on the shower. Every time we had to adjust the shower temp, the handle kept falling off in room 313.
