Very comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly, and great location for local attractions. Several outlets didn't work, out dated bathroom. A little difficult for smaller children and older adults to use. Very nice, economic, hotel.

For the price I guess it's ok but the room is old, carpet is warn, the AC didn't work until I unplugged it and moved the plug. Water was luke warm not hot. Beds were clean, fridge was cold. Overall definitely rough around the edges but not dirty.

-outside is old and rickity -carpet was old and gross -walls looked horrible although we were told they were newly painted -top bedspread was discolored around edge -toilet never flushed on first try, always had to flush twice -mold spots on bathroom ceiling - little black bugs all over sink -showerhead was rubberbanded on and could use a shower mat, bottom was super slippery and unsafe. -you have to replace towels yourself, an even exchange. When asking for a couple extra for my daughter's OCD, i was lectured on "babying" my child by the man at the desk, completely dismissing my daughter's mental illness. -the chair in the room had a wierd red spot, right on the top, blood?? -towels wete stained/discolored -I think this hotel had a 7.6 rating on expedia, but I dont know how it got that!

Exceptional place!

Weather was great. Staff was super knowledgeable of the area and super friknowledgeable only. This was a much needed family trip! I’ll be returning in a few weeks and plan on rebooking here!

One of the desk greeter was awesome. The other one said they don’t have any different kind of blanket. Daughter couldn’t sleep under the bed spread she needed a blanket. Also question why I needed an extra garbage bag and was hesitant to give me one.

The room was clean but really needs to be updated! I liked the convenience of being able to just take your luggage right into the room. The breakfast.. well I don’t even think you could call it that. But there is a pancake house right beside them…

Affordable and pleasant

Overall, this is an affordable and pleasant place to stay. The bed was very comfortable- great support for my husband's bad back. Breakfast left something to be desired. White bread, sugary cereals, pastries and waffles were the only choices. No good source of protein or fiber was offered. Sunny D was the only juice offered. Having some yogurts on hand and some whole grain bread would be an affordable way for the hotel to provide something a bit healthier in the mornings. Fresh fruit would also be a nice addition.
