Got a room with a leaking ceiling that was there for awhile. Went to go to bed the first night and the bed was wet. Had to strip the bed and find new sheets so we could sleep. Reported it the next morning they came took pictures of damage and told us we could move if we wanted to. We did. They sent us to a room that wasn’t inspected before we moved in and showed up several hours later to inspect told him we are already here. When stay was over the staff at the desk offered nothing for our inconvenience of having to move out and back into another location. I don’t think they ever fixed the roof from the first complaint because that was not a new leak. They told us when we left that they would send maintenance out to look at the problem. Would not recommend them.

Like that it’s a relaxing spot and have lots of activities for the kids to do kids actually like this place more then going to the beach .
Kids like this pool because they were able to swim without their swim vest
This pool they also enjoyed but they definitely had to use their vest because it’s a deeper pool as the adults like to take laps in the morning but still lots of fun as they have 4 different pools

This is the first time in years that my patio was dirty and covered in spider webs. I suggest having someone to dust the tables, light fixtures, etc off as part of their cleaning duties. The shower had hair in it. Definitely not the Hilton standard that I’m use of. The staff was friendly and responded promptly.
