Check in was quick & easy - staff at front desk were friendly & professional. Room was nice - clean & well-maintained. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We stayed during "First Friday," which was fun - a really nice community event. There were plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Definitely recommend.

Room was a little dated, but clean, bed was comfortable, nice to have a restaurant/bar on site. Best breakfast I have every had included in my stay. great location downtown. Very historic building with plans for upgrades. Look forward to staying again when renos are complete

Checked into my room and noticed the bathtub had not been clean as there was chunk of soap sticking to the drain , and hair all over back edge of tub and dirty and debris throughout! It was kinda gross I’m all honesty clearly it wasn’t clean so what else was skipped in the room cleaning?

Amazing staff and breakfast

We were here for the Little League World Series. The free breakfast is amazing! The staff was very accommodating. The building has many symptoms of its age but overall was a great stay.

Overall, the hotel was nice. The staff was excellent. Everyone from housekeeping and food services to the front desk were wonderful and helpful. The downside was at check in, we had to try three different rooms before we got the correct one. We reserved 2 queens and got assigned to 2 rooms that had full sized beds (rooms 526 and 625). When we got to the third room, 109, it was the right sized beds. However, there was mold growing on the wall behind the ottoman. We took a picture, showed the front desk staff and emailed it. That part was disappointing but again, the staff were friendly and helpful.
