We stayed while visiting the Ark Encounter. This hotel was perfect for our stay. The location was great, very close to most food options in the area, staff was very friendly and even with the large amount of families with kids it was very peaceful. Overall a great stay!

Good stay with family

It was 5 of us but the towels and bedding were for 4 people. Housekeeping did not come after the first stay. But room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was good.

Our room’s refrigerator hadn’t been emptied since previous guests, lights didn’t work, and sink had sticky spots. We reported this to the desk upon departure but never heard from management. At breakfast, the hotel had an employee helping with breakfast and making sure food was available and tables clean. Would not return.

The very large room was wonderful. They're very large. Bathroom was very wonderful. The breakfast weiss marginal. Pretty good menu but cold and not maintained up till the quitting time.
