House was nice and clean. Owners very responsive...even bringing us a bag of new dish towels when we let them know that we couldn't find them. Pool area was nice. Overall, it was a great stay. Some negatives....traffic is pretty loud at the intersection at the corner of property, back door deadbolt didn't work, and master bedroom bed was very noisy. Not the worst problems....just something to be aware of. Only about 20 minutes to Carolina beach, which was nice.

Family vacation

We had a great family vacation! From the start of our vacation Jarrett and Sandy made our vacation one of the best! They were always there if you needed them. The house from inside to outside with the pool was fabulous! Just cannot say enough about our experience! Thank you Jarrett and Sandy!

Perfect little getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. Tons of games. Internet worked great. Pool was so nice and relaxing and our furbaby enjoyed the big yard. We only used one bed but it was very comfortable, only thing was the comforter was a little warm for us but it was very soft so if you are a hot sleeper id bring a light blanket. We just sleep like penguins lol. Overall we had a great time and already talking about coming back soon. Thanks so much for such a nice place!

Great stay - so close to Carolina Beach!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was so nice - living room was large enough for all to gather in the mornings and evenings. Toys/games in garage were a nice perk. Many great amenities. The pool was the highlight and big enough for our family to all be in with floats!

The house is beautiful and the pool area even better. For the most part, it had everything we needed. It is close to shopping and the beach. I’m not giving it an excellent rating due to issues with the TV and ceiling fan in the one bedroom. I contacted the host who was supposed to come out but never did. The only other thing to note is there is not much clearance between the top and bottom bunks. Luckily we only had one person in that room.

Family get together

Spent Memorial Day Weekend with our 2 sons, daughter in law and 2 grandkids. Great place to stay. Pool was a huge hit, large fenced in yard made a great place to play games. Home is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Definitely would stay there again.

Anniversary trip

We had a great time, the pool and ping pong table was a big hit. The whole house was clean, nicely furnished, and it just a good place to hang out with family. Our dog loved the doggie door! Part of our family rented a condo on the beach and it wasn't too far of a drive.

Great house!

A little slice of paradise

This house is the best vacation rental we have ever had! Very clean, beautiful, comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. So many fun options for the kids to play during downtime. The pool was immaculate and so warm, which I so appreciate. The distance from the beach was just right. The owners have really taken care of this little gem, I would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Graduation Oasis

Came to celebrate a UNCW graduation and this home had everything we could ask of. Beautiful finishes yet very comfortable. Fabulous yard space for the dog to safely run. Spent many hours relaxing at the pool, playing cornhole and ping pong. Owner was very fast with answering questions. Would definitely stay again if the need arises!

Wowzaaa!!

Just an incredible property. From the time you pull up in the driveway until you leave you will enjoy this home and yard immensely. They had everything you could ask for to complete the home on the inside from soft mattresses and fluffy pillows to big screen TVs in the yard. That just is insanely beautiful. We stayed almost a full week and I wish more than anything I can rent a place for the rest of the year that so much our family enjoyed it.

Visit the Kids and Grandkids

Thoroughly enjoyed property, especially inground pool. House is less than 5 minutes from our kids house and less than 10.minute drive down to Carolina Beach. Last night had kids and grandkids over for special 3 "S" celebration, swimming, steak on grill for dinner, smores for dessert at firepit. Our 2 granddaughters enjoyed spacious fenced yard to run, jump, kick the ball.

Beautiful home, great location, great host!

Everything about our stay was great! The house was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The outdoor area was perfect for my family and our dogs. They loved running in the large fenced in area while we enjoyed the pool and the corn hole boards. The house itself is located in a great area. Close to beaches and downtown Wilmington. The hosts were quick to respond to any communication and very pleasant. It was a great family vacation and we hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Oasis

Outdoor area and pool were wonderful. Kitchen-dining layout perfect for our group. Decor, furniture, atmosphere all designed for relaxing. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space for everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful home

The house was amazing. The owners were very nice and informative. I had asked about suggestions while we were there for vacation seeing it was our first time to Wilmington and they were more than helpful with their responses. This trip was the first time my kids were all under one roof again with me and I enjoyed every second. The pool area is so relaxing. The huge yard was fun for us, we played badminton and volleyball. We used the firepit one night just to sit around and talk. It was a lovely experience with lots of fun time and memories made. I would suggest this house a million times. I cant wait to return and make more memories. Also, great place for multiple families or couples. Its a must see and a must stay. Overall 12 out of 10!!

summer vacation

Loved the property in Myrtle Grove! Kids really enjoyed having the pool. Everything was well taken care of and there was plenty to do at the house as well as in the surrounding community. Would definitely recommend this place. Hope to stay again!
