Aside for the cleanliness and convenience, the defining feature for my decision to book this property was how respectful and caring the staff was in the phone. Once I arrived, this was confirmed by how afable and helpful everyone in staff was. I noticed my fridge was not working and a new one was installed immediately! That’s what I call five star service.

They put us in a room that was actually across from the kitchen and pretty much in the lobby/breakfast area!! Heard them cooking every morning at 5:30 and all the guest eating at 7!!! This should not be a guest room!!!

The employees were all lovely- helpful and super friendly. We checked in quite late for an unexpected stay and they got us in smoothly and quickly. Beds super comfy, rooms and hotel clean, excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Pleasantly surprised

I was concerned at first because the hallways smelled like air freshener. But when I got in the room, it smelled so clean. I was surprised. The staff was so nice. The food was…. decent (it’s a hotel). It was in great proximity of everything I wanted to do. I would recommend this place.

The property was nice. Seemed pretty clean and actually smelled good throughout. Carpets in hall could use a cleaning but they weren’t bad. Room was clean and I liked that they were wood floors. Beds were comfortable and very clean. Plenty of room in the two queen bed room. We had a quiet stay. Bathroom shower could have a little tlc to call around tub. There was plenty of soaps and bath stuff. We did end up forgetting toothpaste and they did have travel tubes they gave us. Only con is that they need more then one washing machine and drier. I would definitely stay again as the hotel was clean and taken care of. Breakfast was good also. Staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful.

Staff was amazing. Manager was friendly snd super helpful. He called us 10 minutes checking out informing us about a bag we left behind in one of the rooms. Breakfast staff was amazing. Checked up on us few times at least during the breakfast. Will visit again for sure.
