The property boasts an unbeatable location, placing you just minutes from the sun-drenched local beaches, the vibrant scene of historic downtown Wilmington, extensive shopping options, and nearby hospitals for peace of mind. Whether you`re here to explore the coast or the city, this rambler serves as an ideal home base.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Adhere strictly to the designated check-in and check-out times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 6 individuals.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of all cigarette butts properly.
Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises without prior approval.
