Couldn't sleep the entire stay as the person next door was blasting their tv all night to the point i felt i was sleeping front row in a movie theater. I called front desk and she was the only person available. The persons tv was so loud despite her calling & knocking the issue wasnt resolved as the occupant didnt hear her efforts. There were no rooms available to move to & no other staff available to help. I had a meeting at 9am in the morning and was up the entire night due to the conjoined room's antics. Money not at all well spent.

No chargers for cell phones etc. This is the first time I have run into a hotel that had no chargers in the room. They did not even have blocks for sale to be able to charge anything. The second night of our stay there was a lot of doors slamming and the entire time the heating system was quite loud. It is very clean and the staff was polite and friendly.

Staff not customer focused. Took forever to check-in due to repeated interruptions from various staff for non-critical issues. Another customer left in a huff because of delay answering a basic question. Room had bugs, staff seemed unconcerned when reported
