Friendly staff, we got the 2-bedroom suite. I reserved for Wed-Sat but couldn’t arrive until early Thursday—I think if I’d booked directly with the hotel, they would have canceled the booking, but because it was through Hotels.com they had retained my suite. Other than that, the service was great. The room was fine, with a mix of synthetic sheets (sweaty) and cotton, and some rough repairs of water damage. Bed was fine, good pillows, generally clean and basic.

Room is like a mini apartment. The bedroom is seperate with double doors which makes it very spacious and offers some privacy from the living space and kitchen.

I was sent an online check in form which asked if I had any special requests. I asked to have an early check in despite check in being 3:00pm. We arrived at 2:10pm and asked for an early check in but the manager told us that the room wasn't ready. A staff person checked behind him to find out that the room was ready- he just didn't want to be bothered. She told us we could come back up to the desk at 2:30. Nothing happened between 2:10 and 2:30 - it was ridiculous. The woman who helped me was awesome and even she knew how ridiculous the manager and the other staff person were being. We didn't argue at all, we just asked what the purpose of an email being sent the day before asking us if we had any special requests was - there was no response which was also annoying, but it was not like we were asking to check in even an hour early! Finally, at night I woke up to go to the bathroom and there were bugs crawling around the bathroom floor and on the wall. We will never stay here again and we will be leaving a terrible Yelp and Google review as well. Terribly run establishment.

No housekeeping on weekends meant we did not come back to a clean and made bed and had to ask for towels. The bed was a full size terribly uncomfortable bed. The 2 night stay was way OVER PRICED for what this place is. Very suspicious environment and I think geared for long term "rentals" .

Spoke to staff and because the room was dirty eith boogers on my sheets and toe nails in the bathroom they agreed to compensate $75.00. Expedia needs to contact the hotel and credit my credit card
