The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Wimborne making many attractions and places of interest in the town easily accessible on foot. The hotel’s free car park is a plus but one has to be careful to take the right road to reach the car park because most roads in the town centre are one way streets. The hotel breakfast was excellent.

My mother stayed in a room last night, I parked for a while but was told it must be a short stay, but I was rudely told ‘if you don’t move your vehicle soon I will have to fine you’ my mother has stayed in the hotel many times & use to be a regular .

Spent two nights last weekend. Enjoyed our visit. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The whole place was really clean and we could not fault our room. Comfy beds with lovely white crisp bedding. Very warm and cosy. We had continental breakfast and ate our evening meal in the hotel on Sunday. Food was excellent. Well done and thanks to all at the Kings Head.

Great location for all bars, restaurants and shops in Wimborne. 300 year hotel and the towel rail was permanently on which made the room very warm.
