The staff was courteous and the room was spotless. The mattress was great. Breakfast offered homemake local yogurt with optional toppings (almonds, raisins, coconut, apples, cinnamon). The room refrigerator was noisy so I had to unplug it. My suggestion is to move the refrigerator to a separate circuit and leave it turned off when not in use. That way it won’t wear out so quickly and give off an unbearable high pitch squeal.

if you are looking for a spotlessly, clean and new hotel with an extremely comfortable bed and soft pillows this is the place for you. this hotel is conveniently located for a quick stop off of the highway and not far from downtown old Winchester, which is beautiful. The bathroom was new modern and very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very basic continental but more than adequate for our purposes. My only suggestion is for a chair at the desk and a comfortable lounging chair or small couch in the room. The room furnishings are very Spartan with just a king size bed a desk without a chair and one padded chair in the corner. There is a very nice TV on the wall and a square shelving unit for your suitcases. Also suggest dining at Violino, a superb italian in town

Staff support was sufficient, Peter was kind and accommodating. The room was sparse with a giant empty space and a lamp planted in the middle of it. I don't know if there's not supposed to be a sofa in there but it looked awkward. The rooms are not soundproof as I could hear the renter in the room above me rolling around on the office chair and walking around

Very clean love the design. Just what’s needed and nothing more in a well designed and elegant way. Smell free except the lobby we here I needed a mask but that had to do with the Holiday decorations. Staff friendly and very helpful. This was my first Spark stay and it won’t be the last.

There corridors were kind of dreary. Many areas need paint - doors, walls, etc. Place is getting a bit work out. You can tell it’s been around awhile. Check in was friendly and efficient. Lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas!!
