Check in was fast & easy. Lobby was decorated for Halloween LOVED IT! Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue I had was it sounded like one of our neighbors was dragging chairs around on the floor randomly at night. Annoying but we dealt with it. Place was nice.

Can’t really speak to it as the hotel was overbooked and we got placed in a different hotel that had a way lower nightly rate and 20 minutes from where we needed to be. I have had no support from either Hilton or hotels.com so I would be careful booking at Hilton hotels or through hotels.com in the future and would urge caution when booking to others.

Our room had a terrible chemical smell and unfortunately the window wouldn't open. I should have asked to change rooms but I thought it would ease up. I could hear the TV in a nearby room. The desk clerk tried to find out what room but couldn't. There is no microwave or coffee in the room. Those have become basics in a hotel room.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. They supplied enough towels. The breakfast bar had variety. It was quiet for us, but we had a 2 year old that is very boisterous and likes to dance so I don't know if that bothered anyone around us or below us.
