Absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t fault it at all. The staff were amazing and extremely hospitable. We were awarded a complimentary upgrade for my boyfriend’s birthday and were able to use the Bentley to be dropped off in town. Rooms were lovely and clean, and very warm! Will definitely be returning.

Whole experience was brilliant. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Noel and Patrick welcomed us and helped with pointers on the stay. Room was gorgeous with an added touch of anniversary surprises hot tub on the balcony fab too. Highly recommend and will be back.

Right from the point of arrival the service was outstanding!! Loved the cosy room with the hot tub. It was very spacious and the hot tub was amazing. May stay was for a special birthday but will definitely return soon!!

Fab hotel, great staff, facilities and rooms. All really clean and felt very luxurious. Just to note there is a charge for car parking, but there is a concierge service which can get you from the train station if you aren't driving.

Overall our stay was excellent, however I would like to say reception staff need to improve their customer service as they were not very welcoming to us and quite rude and abrupt. But the other staff we encountered were quite the opposite and they provided an excellent and friendly service. We would visit again but I would hope reception staff improve their attitude towards hotel customers.
