Noisy party hotel

Wanted a relaxing time nobody told us there was a disco on till 12 with really loud music gave us both headaches couldnt hearvthe tv and the floor was vibrating should of been told when bookingv

Excellent accessible room. Lots of space for wheelchairs, very relaxed atmosphere. Close to main street in Bowness but at the top of a very steep hill. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room was very dated, carpet had a stain on it, tile in bathroom cracked. Not what we expected as cost £458 for two nights. Breakfast was good, with good variety. Location of hotel is good for walking to many bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t return based on cleanliness of the room. Another we never knew is you pay an additional fee to use the swimming pool. Have stayed in many hotels and never have I had to pay to use the facilities!
