Upon initial check-in, the young man at the counter was very pleasant. However, this does not make up for the following: The carpet in the room was filthy. The food menu was not vegetarian friendly. We ordered room service, and received spoiled fruit and hard pancakes that were not edible. The 1st night we asked for face towels, and after calling back twice and waiting for more than 2hrs, we were told sorry for the delay and did not receive face towels until the next day. The room lacked common amenities. There was no shampoo or conditioner, and our room was not restocked with lotion or body wash. Thankfully, we do travel with our own. I have stayed in many Hilton properties, and this was by far the worse. There is no way this hotel should be labeled a 5 star, as the staff and the services were subpar.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, plenty of sockets to charge electronics. The location is very central which made it easy to get around restaurants and even out of town.

Not a great stay. We were told our room was “605” and was written on the room key card as such. Went up there and found an uncleared room with tv on. Went back down and they said it was actually 505, and it was the poor handwriting from the staff - pretty annoyed to begin with. Then room 505 was facing right at a street concert sound testing for the NYE, which was very loud through the window. Had to request to change rooms to the other side. The hotel doesn’t feel full at all whatsoever (barely anyone walking around) so you would imagine the staff to be a bit more considerate and give us a room on the other side. Music continued until 1am. The hotel looks like it had its heyday back in the 80s. Everything felt a bit old specifically the carpets and the lounge chair.

The floor is in the hotel room was dirty and stained as was the shower. Unfortunately some parts of the hotel smelled horribly like sewage. The hotel is located in a good area and within walking distance to most attractions, but you will need to take a taxi to get to the better restaurants. The breakfast was great. Expedia lists this property as including/having parking however, the only parking option was a nearby hotel, which charged an hourly rate for parking. While, the staff was generally pleasant, we had accidentally left some items in our room. After several phone calls, We were told that nothing was found, but when we went to the hotel in person, they were able to find the items. Overall there are probably better hotels that you can stay at for the money.

Leider war unser Zimmer mit Blick auf eine große Baustelle und wurde bis tief in der Nacht und auch gleich morgen früh gearbeitet! Aber alles andere war sehr gut: großes Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett und tolles Frühstück!
