Me heater was broken.. so my heat was either on full blast or not at all. There was no in between. Had to keep unplugging it and plugging it back on. The maintenance came twice n he could only change it on his remote so it was all or nothing.

The first room we were given had heat that wouldn't turn on. They got it fixed but the heated floor didn't work. Not a big deal. When we got back from the Christmas party there was an alarm blaring that they couldn't find the source or or turn off so we had to pack everything up and switch rooms at 1 in the morning. Room was incredibly expensive for what it was. Wouldn't go back
