When I arrived, I thought I was going to be late for attending an NHL game. Front staff had me checked in, in less than 5 minutes after arriving and game me directions to Canada Life Centre. I had a good stay, clean and safe, the only thing i probably missed somewhere in the little print are the extra money you pay for having access to the balcony is not worth in the winter. They lock the doors and it makes sense in case someone forgets to close it. But i would have been nice to know that balcony access was restricted because of the weather. Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean. They charged for parking $23.00 and another $50.00 per night for incidentals on top of what we were charged by Expedia. So I am feeling a little ripped off. I understand the parking but not the incidentals.
