This is the second stay we have had at this location. Our first was in December 2024. My husband had a work accident and was in the Grace hospital only minutes from the hotel. We were there for 10 days and treated with such kindness that it was shocking! I needed help with printing and faxing of WCB forms and insurance. They did everything they possibly could to help me even providing office supplies to make it easier for me. The staff were so friendly, kind, proficient and went above and beyond expectations. The rooms were clean and the lobby inviting. They put out soup everyday at 4pm for everyone and coffee is 24 hours. The breakfast is so good. They even have hot oatmeal, pancake machine, fruit, muffins, danish, eggs, meat and many choices of bread. There is yogurt and dried fruit and many juices. This hotel is the best of the best! Thank you.

Winnipeg West is the Best for your long road trip.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Check in was no problem, my stay was quite pleasant and I had a little doggie with me. The breakfast changed every day, and we got soup! at 4pm, and of course free coffee and filtered water anytime. And the pillows were just the right amount of fluffiness.

If you are travelling with pets you have to sign an agreement that you wont be leaving your pet alone in the hotel room unattended or they will call Animal Protection. So don’t plan on going our for supper if you have pets with you. Never had this rule at any other hotel. Tub drain stopper was broken and conditioner bottle was broken. Not very sound proof could hear people from other rooms and traffic outside. Other than that room was nice and employees were friendly
