Parking was an issue. We never received the included parking pass, despite sending a message about there not being one in the welcome binder. Owner replied hed bring one the following day, but did not. Downtown parking is limited to lots with 12 hours and further away 20 hr limits. We had 2 cars so we roted the cars between the 12 hour lot next door and a further away 20 hour lot. It was a hasssel. The apt was clean and as described. The furniture was ok but not sturdy comfy for lounging. We tried to hang out one day, watching football and the sofas and tables left us disappointed for tha
This property is lovely and worked out very well for our family of four. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and furniture, and a nice kitchen with all the basics. We also love the location, walking distance to so many great spots in the historic downtown and a short drive to other spots. Highly recommend!
Not only is this a fantastic location to enjoy downtown Winona, it is a really nice remodel of a wonderful historic building! This is not your average "flip" property. The attention to detail, the craftsmanship, and thought to the layout of the rooms we had were all top notch! I highly recommend this location!!! Thanks for making Winona even better!!
Convenient, charming restored building with basic amenities in a good location. ADA accessible with ramp and elevator. We were only there 2 days, and kitchen gear was very basic. For longer stays anyone planning to cook would need a better variety of cookware.
What a wonderful apartment. Love the vaulted ceilings, charming historical building, and the location to downtown Winona is great. The host replied quickly and the description of the place was accurate.
We loved this apartment, so well located in downtown Winona, near restaurants and the Coop, and wonderfully contemporary, clean and perfectly outfitted. We will definitely look for this option for our next visits.
