This Listing includes (Pad 1 & Pad 2) 4 queen comfortable beds, along with a sofa bed if needed. You will walk into a brand new kitchen: new granite counter top, new cabinets, new appliances, new furniture, new walk in tile shower. Laundry room is only allowed for guests who book for a week or more. Dogs are allowed but no CATS!. All pets are to be approved with a $60 Fee per pet.
