Dirty cleaning towels were left in the bathroom. Front desk check in was high with eyes red, couldn’t find keys to make room keys for 30 min, manager was bad tempered, zero customer service skill. Doors were locked and front desk employee weren’t present until we called.

The hotel looks new on the outside, but inside looked worn with dings in the wall paint and stains on the floor. The staff was courteous and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed being able to fix simple meals in the kitchenette. We were uncomfortable in the parking lot with random people hanging out in their cars. We also had a homeless person try to enter the hotel behind us on our key card. Close to the hospital, but still not the best neighborhood. We'll stay somewhere else next time we come to Winston Salem.

My experience was not as good as I had expected from my past stays with the WoodSpring Suites in other locations. The staff were impeccably friendly but the stay was average. Needing to request a new remote for my room after being unable to locate one upon checkin, and finding that the shower pressure was unfortunately not the stereotypical "hotel shower" experience. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay, the room was cozy, easily adjustable to comfy temps, and the bed was very comfortable.

The bed was comfortable but the room key had to be reset multiple times I couldn’t get into the room and o e front desk clerk didn’t know how to set the keys. Also I work nightshift after getting off one morning I went in to go to sleep. The smoke detector alarm went off for hours and I could not sleep. It was horrible.

Not my favorite

I was disappointed with this hotel. But that may have been my fault. I was expecting g a hotel and got instead a long term stay type of place. It seemed clean, but felt dirty. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'm used to. Amenities were available but you had to go down to the desk and ask for them ( only 2 pillows on a queen bed, one towel and one washcloth per person etc). When our toilet broke at 11pm and they couldn't fix it and there were no other rooms a aila le, we decided to go to a holiday inn The front desk people were amazing and tried their best to make things right

Chris & Sherry the manager were the best of everyone. Nobody is friendly except for Chris and Sherry the manager. And the rest of them seemed very disinterested but Chris was very interested in creating an environment of great service. Sherry called me up as soon as she got word the accessible room I accidentally had chosen via Expedia, was under maitenance. Sherry seems like the type of leader who treats her team fairly, so the others need to get it goer her with seeming like they want to have great customer service, or don’t work there. Worst hotel staff ever. Marijuana wafted through the air being smoked by staff and guests. One could easily imagine that human trafficking was happening there Not to mention a sex act going on between 2 or the cleaning staff in the elevator.
