When I arrived, there were no more standard two queen bed units available for me. I offered to pay extra for a two queen bed unit that faced the lake, but I was told that prepaying through a third-party did not give me that option. Had to wait over 15 minutes for a manager to be contacted so that we could finally get our hotel room. In the end, the manager approved a two queen bed unit facing the lake after all. Quite a hassle because of the disconnect between the front desk person and the manager.
