Room was clean and affordable. Just across the street from the mountain and apres. You can see the train from the window. Hot tub was really cool. Only negative is the door code to get in the building/room is like 10 digits and hard to remember. A key card would be much easier.
Room is very close to the lifts and village. Became of the furniture! The bed frame sticks out 8 inches and is solid wood. Hit my shin twice and the second causing a contusion. Sheet like blankets so make sure the windows are closed or youâll freeze.
This is owned by a big corporate entity and they will give you zero assistance attention. If you have an emergency or issue you will be completely abandoned and on your own. They are JUST NOW trying to message me two weeks after I tried calling and messaging them with emergencies that I experienced starting my vacation. Iâm actually writing this review so that they stop messaging me. They do not respond to text, email, messaging. The room is very misleading and extremely small. There was filth in the room you just have to look behind and underneath anything to find it. The parking situation is very unclear and you will end up paying Benjamin each night for parking unless you go above and beyond to resolve the parking situation yourself. Do not book this place, it may look promising because itâs cheap but you will have a diminished vacation because of this organization and they do not care about you.
The studio was nicely furnished. Kitchen equipment was sparse and small under the counter refrigerator needed defrosting. Vacasa managed the property and was unresponsive to requests to have refrigerator defrosted.

I have to wonder if the owners of this condo have ever been there. Very disappointing stay.
When we arrived at check in housekeeping had never come to the unit. We called the Vacasa number and spoke to someone at a call center who said they would reach out to someone local and let them know. We were not given a local contact number just told to wait. A while later I got a text saying our check in had been moved back and hour and a half and they were sending someone to clean. We went to dinner and came back at the specified time and no one had come. The room was still a mess from the previous renter. I reached back out via the text they sent me and it was clearly to another call center bc they asked for my info all over again. They said they would contact someone local again. We were so frustrated. Hours after check in a housekeeper arrived and told us to leave so they could clean. They were in and out in 10 min. The unit was made up when they left but not clean. Not vacuumed, shower wasnât cleaned and the surfaces were not wiped down. Over the course of that evening I tried multiple times to get a straight answer if someone was coming or not. The text communication would reset every 10-15 min and I would get someone new asking for my information again!!! We sat in the dirty unit trying to decide if someone was coming or not. Needless to say working with this company if you have an issue is a mess. The unit itself was fine, had stained furniture and linens and the fan blades were falling off the fan and need to be tightened. We also found take out trash under the sink with a November receipt on it, as well as bottles behind the night stands. We have stayed in several units in Winter Park but this is our first time renting from Vacasa. Needless to say we will not be doing it again.
Horrible experience. The day we checked in they didnât give us the codes for the hot tub and amenities. I spoke to ten different people and they all said they would call back but nothing. By the third day of not having it or anyone coming over to help I tracked down the manager in Winter Park for the property. He never figured the code out or even came and helped me. We never were able to use the hot tub. Also the garage code we received the third day but it never worked. My girlfriend got locked out of our place at night while I was in Denver. She located Security and she asked if he would let her in. He said iâm not sure if I can because the last security guard was charged with Rape. Iâm dead serious. I thought security was there yo make you feel safe. After sending thirty emails over which are all documented they said they would refund our money. Well I followed up and said howâs the refund going. They said they were going to refund only $200 but we had broke some items. I immediately said send me pictures because that was a straight up lie. I read the review from the last customer and it was all the same complaints I had. Do not stay here. I am about to destroy them in court.
