Located on the third floor, this modern 61 m² apartment offers a bright and thoughtfully arranged interior. The entrance hall provides access to all rooms, while the spacious living area combines a comfortable lounge, dining space, and fully equipped open kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.Living area: The cozy sitting area features a comfortable corner sofa and a Smart TV, providing a relaxing place to unwind after an active day.Dining area: Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area with seating for up to five people, ideal for enjoying meals together.Kitchen: The contemporary open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.Bedroom: The apartment has one bedroom with sleeping space for up to four guests. It includes a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm, a bunk bed with 90 × 200 cm sleeping spaces and bedside tables. Blackout window coverings are provided for added comfort. Surrounded by the beautiful Sauerland landscape, the apartment offers direct access to a variety of hiking and mountain-biking trails. Several restaurants are also within walking distance, providing plenty of options for lunch or dinner nearby.
Winterberg town centre is only a few kilometres away. Here, you will find supermarkets and shops for your daily essentials, as well as a wide selection of cafés, restaurants and terraces where you can enjoy a drink or a relaxed meal.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one.
