The room was clean, except the coffee pot had used coffee grounds in it when I went to use it this morning. There were no cups or water glasses in the room to use. I had trouble getting the door to lock when we left. I called the help number and they were helpful. I was frustrated and short with them. Sorry. I liked being on ground level with patio doors leading outside. There was no information in the room as far as a map of the facility. I knew I didn't have to check in by the desk but I had no clue where I was suppose to be as far as where my unit was located. And when I did walk in for help no one was around. I called the support number and again very helpful. It is a big complex, I (we) felt lost. Especially this being our first first there.
