Beautiful views on the river. A free rail drink included for each adult. The lighting in the bathroom is not good, elevator is small and slow. Great stroll on river walk to downtown dells. Large hot tub.

The front desk was pleasant, it includes the water park at all the Natura hotels however it was closed in early September for the outdoor pools. The room was very large with 2 queens and a bunkbed. Fridge and micro in the room and a free drink at the bar or hotrocks. It included zoo admission at Timbavarti. The hot tub, pool and sauna were all very clean. No complaints at all for this hotel, close to downtown too.

Elevator Broken, Smelly Sheets, No Housekeeping –

The elevator was broken, yet we were assigned a room on the 5th floor without any prior notice. If we had known in advance, especially for anyone with special conditions (e.g., pregnancy), we would have booked another hotel. When we raised concerns, the staff simply said they didn’t know when it would be fixed, and it remained out of service for the two days of our stay. Their solution was to move us to the 4th floor and offer $50 off (as we insisted for compensation), which was far from adequate compensation for the inconvenience. The problems didn’t stop there. The internet speed was extremely poor, housekeeping never cleaned the room during our stay, and the sheets and pillows had an unpleasant smell. The hotel also lacks a proper lobby area to sit and relax. Overall, the service and facilities were highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Place is amazing, staff was super helpful and friendly. Elevator wasnt working but we were only one floor up so it doesn't bother us much. Would definitely recommend and return.
