Cozy, comfortable, sunny and nicely furnished ground floor apartment on 68 sqm, large living room with a comfortable sofa corner with flat screen TV and radio CD player, separate dining area and intimate kitchenette offers 4- 5 people enough space to relax. The living room is equipped with floor heating.
If you like to cook or prepare an extensive breakfast with fresh rolls, this is in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, micro, coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, etc. a breeze. We offer a bread delivery service from Easter to autumn.

Our courtyard with several holiday apartments in a quiet location is no longer used for agriculture. Thanks to the good transport connections, you can be in the beautiful Carolinensiel in about 3 minutes.
The apartments, some on the ground floor, have their own sunny south-facing terrace with garden chairs and sun loungers in the garden. The apartments on the upper floor have a sunny terrace in the garden.
For relaxed hours you can take a seat in the Hollywoodschauckel and read a good book or just let your mind wander.
For the little ones and big children there are many play possibilities like swing, slide, trampoline, vehicles for free. For sporting entertainment there is a table tennis table and a soccer table in the barn. In the large garden you can laze around or play football. And with our bikes you can explore the area or go to the beach.
In our house you can use the Internet with your own laptop. From the Easter vacation to the autumn vacation, the local bakery offers a bread service.

Wir sagen begeistert DANKE

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub genossen. Wir hatten absolute Ruhe in einer Top eingerichteten großen Ferienwohnung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben auch gern den Brötchen-Bringdienst genutzt. Die riesige Auswahl an vorhandenen Fahrrädern ist ein toller Service, den wir aus Zeitmangel leider nicht nutzen konnten. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können Familie Janßen und ihr Anwesen wärmstens empfehlen.

Ideal mit Kindern, gut ausgestattete gemütliche Wohnung

Sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieterin, schöne Wohnung mit großem Spielbereich direkt nebenan (in alter umgebauter Scheune) , vielen Spielsachen, incl Billard-,Tischtennistisch, Tischfußball. In benutztem Zustand. Ideal für die Kinder bei schlechtem Wetter. Sehr ordentliche Wohnung, kleine Küche, gemütlicher Wohnraum, sauberes Bad mit Dusche. Dazu großer Garten mit Schaukel, Sandkasten, Trampolin. Schöne Lage in der Nähe von Carolinesiel. Und nicht zu vergessen der morgendliche Brötchenservice, wenn man ihn auch möchte. Wir hatten trotz nicht idealen Wetter eine tolle, entspannte Zeit! Vielen Dank!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Carolinensiel

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Anzeige. Alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt nötige vorhanden, vor allem auch diverse Spielgeräte für unsere Kinder (8 und 5 Jahre alt). Bei unserer Ankunft waren bereits die Betten bezogen und wir bekamen vom Vermieter gute Tipps zu den Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir waren zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden wieder buchen.
