Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight).

Room was disappointing. Ceiling fan didnt work and it was a heatwave. Extractor in bathroom stayed on for an hour once light had been turned off. Only 1 pillow per person on the bed. Bath towels rough and many straggly ends. All surface areas were sticky, disgusting. Will never recommend this place, it was not the standard we paid for.

We booked a room for one of our engineers. When he arrived they were full booked and had no rooms available for our employee. They didn’t offer to help find him another hotel. We called them with the booking reference same one our employee had shown and still no room at the inn. Totality disappointed with the staff and hotel
