This four-season retreat features views of both Lake Ontario and Port Bay from the two-story deck with a secluded hot tub on the lower level. The upper level includes: A Paris-inspired dining and living area, an open concept kitchen with island and living room with wall to wall windows facing Lake Ontario. The lower level features: A lake-themed living room connected to the lower deck via sliding glass doors, and a spacious lower level master bedroom with adjoining sitting area. All of the rooms described above have seating options that offer reading nooks and/or lake views. This one-acre property is tree-lined on both sides, and fully backs to a wooded area. Located on a private drive, and 1,000 feet from the state boat launch site for Port Bay/Lake Ontario that shares a parking lot with the sandy beach along Lake Ontario. This immediate area is ideal for walking, boating, fishing, and endless solar eclipse footage opportunities. There is a point/look-out 500 feet from the house that offers breathtaking views of the Bluffs and sunsets, or view the sunset from the top deck.
