I liked the architectural details on the outside of the b and b. I imagine the perennial gardens looked beautiful a month ago, but needed to be cleaned up.
The things I did not like were numerous as regards cleanliness. I would like to email you photos I took of the inside of my very expensive Annapolis King Suite with Hot Tub , #3. May I do this? It is quite hard to believe that they are not checked out for cleanliness by some person who would be in charge of the Gingerbread House Inn. The man that brought extra towels, kleenex, ... was clearly not. He was polite .The absence of on site manager and staff was felt...
To what email address may I send photos of the interior?
Thank you in advance for responding to my email.

The room was quiet, clean, spacious, and well decorated. The real 2 person hot tub in the room was a nice extra but seemed to have been overfilled somewhat making it uncomfortable to relax without causing it to splash over.
As far as it being a B&B, it was hard to describe in that category. With check-in being 4pm, we would have had to figure out how the breakfast part worked by 6 pm as it was the last time that you could put in your order for the following morning. There was a $10 charge minimum per person for breakfast. I have never stayed at a B&B before where I never met the host and had breakfast delivered to my room and was charged for it.
Sheets did not fit bed. Hot tub was nice touch. Since breakfast was advertised as included, but not, no where close to get anything. Second day, we drove to Kentville for breakfast. (which was good)
Great spot, the hot tub is great and the room was lovely! Only one complaint, microfiber sheets, can't sleep in them they're too warm, hotels should have cotton sheets.
We liked it was close to event but didn't like the air conditioning unit made room like an ice box and we tried to adjust it but ended up just turning it off
My husband & I stayed in the Annapolis Suite at Gingerbread House in Wolfville, NS for our anniversary. It is a lovely suite, 10 minute walk to amenities in town. We enjoyed having the hot tub in the room but the chlorine smell is strong. You do get use to it once youâre in the room for a bit. The bed was very comfortable but pillows a bit thin. The shower was great, strong water pressure. The fireplace was a nice touch, we were grateful for it at first because the heat pump wasnât set properly. My husband had to figure out the settings, but once he did the room heated up nicely. I enjoyed the warm apple cider on arrival, nice touch!
Overall we enjoyed our stay, breakfast wouldâve been nice to have as the cost was a bit high for just the room!
Stayed in a hot tub suite for 2 nights during the Valley Harvest marathon. Was an ideal location for us. Breakfast delivered to the room was also fantastic!
