Lots of parking. Clean hotel lobby, halls and rooms. Quite expensive but the staff were great. It was perfect location for what we needed. Hot tubs were clean. Pool was not, lots of bugs and hair at bottom of pool but kids did not mind.

We stayed in one of the cozy on-site cabins nestled among the trees — such a charming and peaceful spot! The cabin had all the comforts of home, including a bathroom with shower, TV, heat & A/C, and a mini fridge. It was the perfect mix of convenience and quiet, just steps away from the main inn but tucked far enough back to feel private.

Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm but ours was delayed because the room as not ready. We were told 15 minutes but it took over 30 minutes before getting the keys to our room. This despite the fact that numerous other check in were processed in the meantime and ALL of them got their room immediately. I think it is because the booking was done through Expedia and our room being one of the worse in the facility is not given priority. We booked well ahead of the dates and paid $700 for 2 nights yet treated as 2nd class customers.
