Room didnt contain any cutlery, no airconditioning, and one of the female toilets was out of order leaving only one toilet for all the female guests. Showers constantly cycled between boiling hot and freezing cold, and could hear the loud pubgoers downstairs. All in all, room was comfy, and not a bad stay, convenient for what I needed it for

The room was very clean and large. The shared facilities were a bit inconvenient but for the price were fine. The staff took quite a while to check us in, and this process could be smoother. Generally great overall for the price. Thanks

Room was clean and comfortable. Felt safe. The bathrooms could have been in better condition and sleeping at night is a bit loud due to the music coming from the pub.

The service at the front reception could be more timely and more responsive, as waited for a substantial amount of time (more than 15 minutes) before been checked-in for the hotel room. Thank you otherwise to the Unanderra Hotel Team for the clean, budget-friendly stay and accomodation too.

This is a hidden gem, the bed was so comfy, the room was spacious, the shared bathroom was immaculate. We ate in the pub, and the food was great. Overall best budget night stay we have ever had.

I liked security cameras at rear of car park. Easy access, comfortable room, fridge and coffee facilities, bistro options, room quiet. Highly recommended for an overniter. It was a Saturday night and was reasonably quiet on my return at 9.30pm.

The website photos were very gave the impression of the room having it's own bathroom, which it didn't. As 2 women on our own in a strange place, we didn't feel at all safe going for a shower or toilet, as anyone had entry while we were in there. My daughter bathed in her underwear (so she was semi-clothed should she need to escape quickly) Also no indication that it wasn't air conditioned.. would have happily paid an extra $50 to feel safe and comfortable.
